Terms & Conditions

These are the working terms of Why Car Detailing, Hatfield. By booking a service you agree to them.

You bring the vehicle to us. We confirm the Hatfield address when the booking is confirmed.

A 20% deposit confirms a timed booking. The deposit is deducted from the final bill. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit is retained. If we cancel, the deposit is refunded in full.

Services marked as price on assessment are not timed until we send a price and the deposit is paid.

By booking you agree that we may publish photographs of the vehicle with the number plate hidden or removed.

The price agreed after inspection is the price for that visit. We do not add surprise extras after the work has started.
